Ryan Higa - The Best Joke Ever!

Today I am about to introduce a youtuber who is also my favorite one - 

Ryan Higa

Ryan Higa is 24 years old now. 

As you can suppose from the picture, 

he is Japanese American. 

He was born in Hawaii, which is an amazing island!

During his college life, he made a big transformation -

He gave up on his original major, Radiation Medicine, and turned to studying film making, which is his interest.

I think it is pretty brave of him to do this change since we all know that it is not easy to transfer one's major which looks "promising" to the major which was considered "a hard road".

(At least in Asian family, most parents would not agree their children to do the same like Higa.)

Luckily, Higa's parents is supporting him all the way.

Ryan has another name used on Youtube - Niga Higa.

In Ryan's videos,  there are few features you may notice.

The first one is that he speaks super duper fast! 

It also brings funny effects to his film which make us laugh.

The second one is that he always put a slogan "TEEHEE" at the end of the video.

And "TEEHEE" even becomes the logo of his merchandise!

Today I am going to introduce the second youtuber - 

Michelle Phan

She is very pretty, isn't she?

Michelle Phan was born in Boston, MA.

She is 27 years old now.

Do you think that she doesn't look like an American who has blond hair with blue eyes as we imagine?

No, she doesn't because she has full Vietnamese descent, which means that both of her parents are Vietnamese!

Michelle is a make-up artist in United States.

Even though she is still young, she has already established her own brand - IQQU, which sells Skin care, makeup, makeup tools, etc.

In addition, I want to show you one of her famous videos -  Lady Gaga Bad Romance Look.

The video was once broadcast by BuzzFeed, an Internet media company, and thus went viral.

It was so popular because Michelle made a makeup tutorial to teach people how to look like Lady Gaga in her MV of Bad Romance.

The title of this video is 

"Some Idiots / How Sports Bras Work".

Jenna is arguing over an article that a Turkish man has written.

Basically, the article is talking about 

"How Olympic Games are cloaked killing womanhood."

The Turkish man mentioned that the girls in Olympic Games are not like female at all because they have broad shoulders and flat chests just like men.

In order to overthrow this ridiculous viewpoint, 

Jenna Marbles took this video to show everyone that he is awfully wrong.

About My Blog Topic

Hello guys,

Welcome to my blog! As you can see, my blog topic is American Youtube celebrities. The reason I chose this topic is because I love to watch funny videos! They not only bring more laughter to my life but also make me happy when I feel down. In my blog, I will introduce those talented youtubers and their amazing films. About the clips they have made, some of them are quite serious, others are pretty useful, and the others are hilarious. Take TheFineBros for example, in their videos, they show certain phenomenon to those in particular ages and see what they will react, how they think about it. In most of time, their reactions can be very interesting. But sometimes, the topics can be serious too, such as gay marriage and campus bullying. In another instance, Michelle Phan teaches girls how to put makeup on to become beautiful and shares some make-up tips in her channel. Furthermore, Jenna Marbles, one of my favorite youtuber, often talks about her opinions and attitudes toward the society phenomenon or particular topics in her clips. She can be so funny but critical at the same time. Therefore, watching her videos not only makes us laugh but also makes us reflect on things or problems in our daily lives. That's all.
